The EB Method

We teach a specific board-based Pilates methodology and train independent instructors to teach it in their own practice. Instructors who train with us aren't employees. Each one is independent. They learn the method and take it wherever they want to go.

What Makes Us Different

It isn't the board. It's how we structure a class.

Every part of an EB class is built around time under tension, muscle activation, and intentional movement, and designed so every level is supported in the same room. A beginner can start easy and an athlete can make it hard, all in the same class.

The board is a tool we use to deepen the work, not the whole concept. Our method works with or without it.

Built Around

The principles of an EB class

Time under tension

Slow, controlled work that makes every rep count and builds real strength.

Muscle activation

Intentional cueing that wakes up the right muscles and keeps the body engaged.

Every level, one room

A class designed so a beginner and an athlete can train side by side, each challenged.

Our Trainings

Hands-on, and built around your goals.

Our trainings are hands-on. We help new and current instructors sharpen their teaching and cueing, bring new tools into their practice, and build toward their own goals, whether that's teaching at our events, building their own brand, or both.

Train Your Team

We bring the method to your gym.

We also bring this training to gyms. Local gyms and studios can hire us to train their staff on the EB method, so your instructors can teach it in your space.
